These terms cover your use of sagelabsai.com. By using the site you agree to them. They do not cover any project we build for you; that is agreed separately in writing.

Who runs this site

Sage Labs AI, the business name of Sage Labs, a one-owner business (a sole proprietorship) registered in Delhi, India. Contact: contact@sagelabsai.com.

Using the site

You may browse the site, play its games and contact us. Please do not try to break, overload or copy the site, get around its limits, or use it to send spam or harmful content. What we do with anything you send us is explained in our privacy policy.

Sage and its team

• What it is for: questions about how Sage Labs AI can help your business. It is not a general-purpose assistant, and it will not build things for you or do unrelated work.
• Limits: to keep the service fair, each visitor gets a limited number of chat messages and team plans a day, and we may pause Sage or block misuse.
• Accuracy: Sage is an AI and can be wrong. Its replies are not professional, legal or financial advice, and nothing it says is a quote or an agreement. Anything binding comes from us in writing.

Our work and other people's

• Our content: the site's design, code, text and artwork belong to Sage Labs AI. Please do not copy them without asking.
• Projects we show: Plant Sage, Pavex Digital and Crowchett appear as examples of our work. Their names and logos belong to their owners.
• Music: songs play through YouTube and belong to their rights holders.
• Wallpapers: paintings and space photographs that are free for anyone to use (public domain), credited on screen.
• The retro look: the desktop is our own tribute to early-2000s computers, and the music player, SageAmp, is our own.
• Tributes, not ownership: some programs, games and designs on this desktop remind you of well-known products from the past. We made each of them ourselves, in our own code and artwork, as a tribute to those products. All rights in the original products, their names, designs and trademarks belong to their owners. We claim no ownership of them, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of their owners. For example, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft is a trademark of the Microsoft group of companies.

Some windows link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss caused by using the site or by acting on what the chat says.

Law and disputes

Indian law applies to these terms. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Delhi.
